**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in App Operations or related field; 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to coordinate different teams to solve complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills, able to understand complex issues, identify the root cause, capable of critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Passion for automation and scripting to streamline repeated processes.
- Process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the mobile field is a plus.
