Managing brand, EBITDA, sales, marketing, product management and launches

Understand products offered by the brand and able to articulate its features to partners and stakeholders

Provide strategic & analityc to develop strong brand image across all marketing channels

Plan and implement cost-efficient and out-of-the-box marketing initiatives

Proactively gathers, analyzes, and shares data with management to influence business decisions

Settup & evaluate team productivity (SOW, KPI, Skill development, etc)

Managing end-to-end processs

At least 2-3 years experience in brand management & development/ business development / product management / marketing

Experience in handling at least 1-2 brand or product

Strategic, analitycal and creative thinker who's comfortable in presenting plan, strategy, & idea.

Manage multiple projects, and balance competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Manage team as project leader

Maintain control over projects/responsibility under mínimal supervision

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English

Experience in an analytical, result-oriented environment with external customer interaction

Experience in managing end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and report

Individual with a vast understanding of digital marketing is preferable

Passionate about understanding your consumer and integrating the insights into market research reports

Receive feedback and make necessary changes
