Gear Inc is seeking a Senior Recruiter for our team. As a recruiter, you will act as a partner to help the hiring managers building the teams with the right talent. You will be involved in planning of the hiring, and you will play a key part to provide your insights of the talent market to the hiring team. This role will also give you the opportunity to be working on different Talent Acquisition programs to expand your domain out of pure recruitment.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Site manager and operations managers across teams to understand the hiring needs and requirements
- Responsible from sourcing ,screening to hiring of talents
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and qualifications
- Perform screening process to gather information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions for the job opening
- Conduct job and task analysis to document and update official job duties and requirements across all roles and function within the center
- Participate in online or offline community meetups to network with various professionals related to sourcing and recruitment.
- Analyze employment data related to the position, provide insights and create reports based on findings
- Promote the company brand through various internal and external initiatives

**Job Requirement**
- Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Sourcing and Recruitment specialist
- Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruitment metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions to potential hires
- Proficient in google suite and Microsoft office
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who excels at working in a cross cultural, international high performing teams
- Degree qualification(s) in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Well-developed organizational skills, strong attention to detail together with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently and manage complex workloads across multiple business lines and locations
- Indonesian willing to work in Surabaya.
