DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Memantau operasional harian dari _Sortation Center_ (SOC) melalui pengawasan proses _inbound_, _sortation_, _bagging_, _reprocessing_, dan _outbound_
- Memastikan semua fungsi di _Sortation Center_ berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan SOP
- Melakukan perencanaan _manpower_ sesuai dengan fluktuasi volume harian
- Memantau produktivitas tim, kapasitas, dan peralatan yang digunakan di _Sortation Center_
- Melakukan _briefing_ dengan tim mengenai laporan dan implementasi 5S

**Requirements**:

- Kandidat setidaknya mempunyai ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun
- Memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun di bidang Logistik (mínimal 2 tahun sebagai Kepala Gudang/Supervisor)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja dalam shift
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta
