Melakukan perencanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi terhadap penyelesaian keluhan konsumen
- Bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan koordinasi dalam membina kerja sama team
- Bertanggung jawab dalam mencapai suatu target pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan aturan
- Mengkoordinir seluruh aktifitas Tim dalam mengelola seluruh kegiatan
**Kualifikasi**:
- Pendidikan mínimal D3
- Pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun sebagai sebagai leader CS
- Memiliki leadership yang baik
- Memililki komunikasi yang baik
