**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deploying the company's vision and mission to develop the organization's business strategy, taking into consideration the available resources.
- Leading and being responsible for the development of the company across all functions (technology, data, marketing, operations, merchandising) to ensure the achievement of the company's goals.
- Directing, managing, and evaluating the entire operational processes of the company, identifying & implementing improvement opportunities to drive company growth.
- Building a positive work culture and encouraging employee development to achieve organizational goals.
- Planning and managing company expense to ensure that the company can achieve its growth and profitability targets.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with business partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Developing and establishing company operational policies that can support work effectiveness.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience min. 10 years in the same field and min 5 years as General Manager.
- Proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and process improvements.
- Experience with implementing and optimizing technology solutions in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
