**What Will You Do?**:

- Manage Singapore entity accounting transaction reporting which includes preparing monthly bank reconciliation, accruals, monthly reporting package, and balance sheet, payroll report, operating expenditures by cost centers, etc.
- Prepare Singapore entity monthly cash forecast reporting
- Update and manage payment plan for IT-related costs which include maintenance fees, consulting fees, implementation costs, licensing, and subscriptions (Capital Expenditures/Other Operating Expenses)
- Singapore entity‘s payroll computation, posting, and processing, monthly CPF submission, process Singapore-based staff claims, prepare IR8A and related taxes
- Manage Singapore entity’s AP ledger, maintain good rapport with vendors and ensure timely payment to the vendors
- Process and verify payments/invoices and follow up on discrepancies with vendors or relevant parties
- Coordinate and reconcile intercompany transactions at the group level
- Coordinate with outsourced Software As A Service (“SaaS”) management team in the procurement, negotiation, and optimization of SaaS
- The company secretary and admin support which include insurance renewal, top-up corporate credit card regularly, etc.
- Assists with the Singapore entity statutory audit
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**What Will You Need?**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. ACCA/CPA is a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role/audit experience
- Meticulous, well-organized, and good time management
- Able to work independently, have a positive attitude, and be a dynamic team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP will be an advantage
