Manulife Indonesia is seeking a self-motivated Inforce Management Senior Associate, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. They will be a full time dedication in driving the successful delivery of initiatives impacting better policyholder behavior which will improve company earnings, better customer satisfaction and engagement of our customers, resulting in improved persistency, which leads to better NPS score and revenue.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Must have/develop a deep understanding of the profit drivers of the business. This does not mean simply looking at the SOE, but digger deeper in a variety of places.
- Must be willing to challenge the assertion that “everything is fine” in a given part of the business - expenses, claims, etc
- Individual should have a minimum of a bachelor degree in Finance or
- Actuarial Science with expensive experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Finance, Operations and/or Customer Service.
- A professional certification in the insurance field would be an asset

- Outstanding communicator and an influential leader
- Have a deep understanding of insurance and product features
- Able to work with other groups and manage cross functional initiatives within the country.
- Need to be self-motivated and action oriented as there is no clear structure/approach to this.

**On the job you will**:

- Actively drive action needed to improve customer behavior and better manage customer portfolio to increase NPS and company earnings
- Work with various stakeholders such as CS, PMO, Customer Office, Ops, Distribution, Marketing and IT in improving the customer behavior (lapse, claim, withdrawals) and improve their portfolio drivers to increase NPS and company earnings
- Relieve project sponsors from their day to day management of the projects, but will work closely with project sponsors to ensure they are fully updated on a regular basis.
- Help distribution to manage their risk and distribution risk by closely monitor the behavior and take immediate action if needed
