Sebagai Sales / Account Executive (Baby Shop), tanggung jawab utama Anda adalah untuk memperluas channel distribusi produk Alamii melalui penambahan akun (toko) Baby Shops / Toko Susu atau Toko sejenis dan mengembangkan penjualan dari akun yang sudah ada (existing) dengan menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak toko.
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja mínimal 2 tahun sebagai B2B Sales di produk Mom & Baby, khususnya di area Jabodetabek
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Profesional. Disiplin. Dapat dipercaya. Mampu membangun kepercayaan dengan mitra
- Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan, bisnis, penjualan / sales, negosiasi, berorientasi pada detail, manajemen waktu
- Memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk mencapai target
- Dapat WFO mínimal 1x per minggu. Penempatan kantor di Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
- Memiliki transportasi sendiri untuk melakukan kunjungan sales rutin (mínimal 4 hari / minggu) ke masing-masing account / mitra
- Familiar dengan Microsoft Excel atau sejenisnya
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengidentifikasi akun-akun yang berpotensi menjadi Mitra Alamii
- Mempromosikan dan meyakinkan toko baru untuk menjadi mitra Alamii
- Mengatur jadwal / rute sales visit yang efisien dan efektif
- Melakukan sales visit (datang ke toko) untuk melakukan penawaran dan mengontrol akun yang sudah ada
- Menganalisis data penjualan dan memberikan laporan tentang kebutuhan pelanggan, masalah, aktivitas kompetitor kepada Manajemen & Manajer
- Menjaga hubungan bisnis yang positif untuk memastikan adanya Repeat Order dari toko
- Memenuhi target penjualan yang telah disepakati
- Memberikan ide dan melaksanakan aktivitas atau program dengan toko dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan
- Memproses keluhan (penukaran, pengembalian) dari toko
**Salary**: Rp4,650,000 - Rp5,200,000 per month
