About the Role

This Sales & Account Administrator will role is best suited to those with at least 1-3 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, Data Management, Sales administration, Customer Service, or Account Management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

The Sales & Account Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and managing client accounts. This position involves assisting with sales processes, preparing proposals and quotes, managing client records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service. You will help streamline operations, assist in achieving sales targets, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- **Sales Administration**: Support the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, quotes, and scheduling client meetings.
- **Account Management Assistance**: Work closely with Account Managers to maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
- **Proposal & Quotes Preparation**: Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring that all requirements and specifications are accurately captured and presented.
- **Contract & Parameter Review**: Assist in reviewing contracts and service parameters, ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations.
- **CRM Management**:Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and project statuses.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the sales order lifecycle, including processing quotations, tracking orders, and following up on deliveries.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare sales documents, contracts, and monthly reports for clients, ensuring all sales activities and client interactions are recorded accurately.
- **Client Coordination**:Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and coordinating service delivery.
- **Monthly Reporting**: Generate and deliver monthly reports to clients, providing insights into service performance and any necessary actions.
- **Periodical Client Engagement Meetings**: Organize and participate in regular client engagement meetings to review service performance, discuss opportunities for improvement, and strengthen client relationships.
- **Event & Campaign Support**: Assist in organizing client events, webinars, and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and support sales objectives.
- **Collaboration & Team Support**:Collaborate with various departments, including technical, support, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
