**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Execute the plan and create business review between PVMI and major key account to establish mutual agreement.
- Presentation for business plan, business review and responsible for daily sales and operational target.
- Align with internal PVMI team (trade marketing, marketing, supply chain team) for doing quarterly review and plan strategical plan in order to achieve objective both for internal PVMI and customer objectives.
- Provide trading terms (structure, sales drive, promotion, growth, profitability, etc) in the business plan agreement to ensure its alignment with budget plan and company objectives.
- Promote price point integrity and involve with retail level -parity at Headquarter and measure promo effectiveness.
- Ensure all investment align with trading term budget and has effective impact to Modern Trade Business
- Ensure quick response to identified problem solving and build strong communication with key account to ensure good relationship.
- Build continuous customer engagement in order to have better communication and better business improvement..
- Bridge connection between internal PVMI and key account to build strong relationship and achieve objective targets.
- Assist Group KAM to create bottom-up sales calculation by collaborate with cross functions to improve business forecast.
- Promote planning and execution plan for incoming months to ensure supply availability.
- Alignment with trade marketing team to ensure the sales plan align with promotion guidelines and have sufficient stock in the market.
- Responsible for the visibility development, negotiation, implementation, and review.
- Ensure the Merchandiser Team understand the agreed key account visibility objective and its impact for shoppers.
- Monitor and negotiate the planogram execution in field to ensure the visibility plans are in place.

**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is often required.
- Having 3-5 years working experience Key Account Person in FMGC Industry. It would be preferably if experience to handle Indogroup.
- Solid Analytical Skill and experienced working with big data
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
