**What we are looking for**:
We are open internship opportunity in Human Resources Department to assist administrative support and assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

**Objective**:

- Providing support in day to day HR tasks related to administration
- Support in maintaining and filing database at the office.
- Support in sending the documents to relevant persons for legal agreement and keeping its track to ensure documents are reached at final destination in timely manner.

**Output**:

- Good documentation of HR related files
- Timey delivery of documents to relevant person.

The intern responsibilities:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Competencies
- Team working competencies and ability to effectively work in team
- Ability to manage the tasks in an efficient manner
- Ability to meet the deadlines

**Required Skills**:
Education
- University student, mínimal semester 5 or fresh graduate student (after max 1 year graduated from university)

**Skills**:

- Excellent in archiving / Record management
- Understand the code of conduct of being freelancer/daily worker.

Language
- Indonesia & English
