**About the Team**:
Helo Indonesia's Entertainment & Social team aims to develop trends and light content that young people like, and serves the exchange of trends and interests across a wide range of people. If you have the curiosity to explore the unknown, a passion to travel all over the world, and look forward to expeditions with the most creative, resilient and diverse team, come and be part of our journey.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage Entertainment & Social local content operations team & be responsible for vertical business development
2. Responsible for data and user needs analysis as well as competitor and market analysis, make vertical content direction and strategy plan combining product development direction;
3. Responsible for overall progress of content operation and campaign, building creator’s community with original and attractive content for vertical richness and variety;
4. Define SOPs for various content operation tasks and ensure high quality execution by the team within designated timelines;
5. Work forwardly and closely with cross teams in multilateral co-ordination and ensure smooth stakeholder management;
6. Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals, create a good team atmosphere and promote team growth

**Qualifications**:
1. 5-7 years experience in Entertainment or News industry as a producer. Should have successful showcase experience in programme producing (like TV shows, podcasts, etc). Should be well-versed with the methodology in which to make the programme viral internally and externally.
2. Previous working experience with digital media or social media platforms with content management is preferred.
3. Good at communication in Bahasa and English. Being able to speak Chinese would be a plus as this role involves working across business & operations teams in China.
4. Should have experience in team management & be able to break down objectives amongst individual teammates and align with counterparts efficiently. Show responsibility, ability to effectively plan and execute projects, and drive to improve oneself.
5. Bachelor's degree, good logical and structural thinking skills as well as data analysis skills.
