About Trust & Safety

About the team
The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform as the Project Owner: Acting as the primary point of contact (PIC) and facilitating communication between the Product Manager (PM), R&D, and our local Operations team for all projects within the department. This role will involve sharing project information with our local team, managing operations, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Collecting and analyzing pain points, and developing improvement plans and priorities to address them. Taking overall responsibility for the plan outcomes and collaborating with the product and technical teams to implement these improvements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the product and R&D teams, to understand business objectives and enhance the user experience through effective communication and cooperation.
- Improving the effectiveness of the product strategy and enhancing the product user experience in the target market by developing a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, including local cultural norms and content safety considerations.
- Conducting research and analysis on search quality-related indicators to gain insights into user needs in the search domain, and using this knowledge to generate valuable suggestions for optimizing the search strategy and enhancing the user experience.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends to ensure ongoing learning and incorporating relevant insights into the strategy and product development.
- Creating high-quality prompts to optimize performance and improve product features, resulting in a more satisfying user experience.
- Actively engaging in projects outside core responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support related initiatives, such as utilizing assessment methods and providing assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience working cross-functionally to successfully deliver complex projects (Project Management).
- Posses good understanding about AI or related models, familiarity with social media platforms and in-depth understanding of local internet or social media culture.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. English will be utilized as the primary language for work, while Bahasa Indonesia will be used for market-specific communications.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Professional or Educational background in Journalism, Literature, Mathematics, Computers, Medicine, Law, or Economics.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and communication abilities.
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
