**DEPARTMENT**: L Beauty
L Beauty is a joint-venture between LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics and Luxasia for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh and Parfums Christian Dior.

**Requirements**:
YOUR IMPACT
- Manage Sephora business from sell-in to sell-out including Brand presence (assortment, VM, animations) and location implementation.
- Develop Sephora sales and manage sales force and performance to reach the target
- Working closely with marketing team (Sephora/Dior) to plan in-store and online activities, animations & other support activities to drive awareness & sales for Dior.
- Work with VM Team (Sephora/Dior) to implement planogram updates, animation (launchpad) dress-ups, updates in all B&M stores
- Work with Sephora Category Manager for merchandising, stock management, animations calendar (omni-channel)
- Monitor Sephora’s sales trend/stocks holding to better manage internal forecast and stocks
- Manage Sephora returns for omni-channel
- Manage tester usage and display based on Dior standard
- Manage SIS BC performance & development in order to achieve higher sales

WHO YOU ARE
- Min. Bachelor's Degree any related field
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Retail/ FMCG Operations
- Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A result-driven high achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism
- Self-motivated, down to earth, and willing to learn
- Strong communication skill to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Ms Office, preferably advanced in Excel
- Willing to travel for store visit and business trips
- Flexibilities and willingness to take ad-hoc tasks when necessary
