**Job Description Summary**: The Product Sales Specialist for the Point of Care and Hand Held ultrasound segment creates and executes the business strategy, focused on implementing the accelerated business case. Taking an entrepreneurial approach, a key element of this role is understanding “where to play” (market analysis, segmentation, competitor analysis, etc.) and “how to win” (product positioning, pricing, IB management, etc.). Critical to the success of the growth strategy, is the ability to engage the Ultrasound segment team and indirect channel partners to execute actions focused on increasing visibility and win rate for the Point of Care and Hand Held ultrasound business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Analyze the Point of Care and Hand Held ultrasound market to determine which areas of the portfolio and market to prioritize in order to maximize win rate, financial growth and profitability in Indonesia
- With an in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product portfolio, markets, channel partners and competitions, develop and drive effective business strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital and strategic accounts in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue.
- Work with channel partners on programs and activities to grow the Point of Care and Hand Held ultrasound business.
- Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
- Work with the Point of Care and Hand Held ultrasound segment leader to ensure the go-to-market strategy is aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct training to channel partner’s sales teams to equip them with required knowledge of Point of Care and Hand Held ultrasound portfolio to effectively carry out their sales responsibilities.
- Develop and work with KOLs in targeted care segments to expand educational events
- Deliver quarterly & annual orders and sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or MSc or Master’s degree in Marketing, Medical, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development or related field
- Product Management/Marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Strong project management skills
- Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work globally
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to regional sales meetings and tradeshows
- Local language, fluent English, and additional languages are an advantage.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare industry and exceptional knowledge of products and services offered within the modality
- Understanding of clinical workflow and practice patterns
