Assistant of Operation Manager

**Job overview**
As an **Assistant of Operation manager, **you will be responsible for all operations related to the school’s headquarters administration and daily operations, managing timetables and executing other tasks. This role is suitable for a well organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a team and has strong communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
- **School Year Planning**: scheduling terms, term breaks, camps etc.
- **Term Administration**: offer planning, organizing trial classes, scheduling,etc.
- **Supervising teachers**: calculating workload, hiring needs, teaching performance, teaching data administration
- **School Maintenance**: supervising purchases, managing stock levels of supplies, placing orders
- **School Finance Administration**:
- **School Data Administration**: taking care of students data, trial and regular classes scheduling and conversion data, enrollment information, updated Dapodik, support for all Branch Managers in terms of GCR and new opening team preparation. etc.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably in administration/education)
- 3-5 years experience in school administration
- Fluent English (near-native level)
- Team management and leadership skills
- Implementing efficient processes and standards
- Efficient scheduling and experience with scheduling software
- Strong knowledge of tools: Google Suite (Calendar, Google classroom, Google sheets).
- Experience in organizing online classes
- Ability to learn fast, set your own and team goals
- Ability to work independently as well as with supervisors
- Strong communication skills
