Insights Manager

**Lead and manage a team of Insights Analysts.**
- Direct and oversee the work of the Insights Analysts.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Set clear expectations and performance objectives for the team.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights reports.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in interpreting and analyzing data.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to align insights and research projects.
- Manage team resources effectively to meet client needs and deadlines.
- **Develop and deliver high-quality insights reports.**
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of media data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create visually compelling reports that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and meet client requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insights and analytics.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships.**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand client needs and objectives and develop insights solutions to meet them.
- Present insights reports and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- **Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies in insights and analytics.
- Attend conferences, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Participate in industry forums and groups to stay connected and informed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, PR, Communications, Business).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insights, market research, or a related field.
- Strong Research background
- Fluent in English (be able to write and speak in English).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the media or communications industry is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
