We’re looking for an
**ID B2B Marketing Intern** to join our
**Product Marketing** team, to help and drive our B2B inbound marketing activities for the Indonesia market.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Support in driving the tracking for each campaign and performance data such as ads performance, organic performance (blog, organic social media, etc), events performance, partnership performance, and campaign performance (product campaign, lead nurturing, etc)
- Support driving daily or weekly engagement with employers and community members, and track the performance.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Last year university student or fresh graduate from any field (preferably from marketing/communication/management)
- Having experiences in project and stakeholder management: Get used to working on specific goals and sets of tasks in a team, dealing with stakeholders from internal and external, and delivering expected results at the expected timeline
- Ability to work under pressure: Can keep functioning under tight deadlines and an increasing amount of workload (also do the right thing by prioritizing works, communicating if any blockers and bandwidth issues, and delivering according to expected deadlines)
- Good attention to detail: Get used to working with things needed for high accuracy, from numbers to spelling, and accuracy of brief vs results
- Learn quickly: Adaptable in new situations, ability to quickly be familiar with new sets of workflow and tools.
- Self-starter: Does not need too many instructions to do actions
- Good communication skills: Ability to convey the brief and explain details with other stakeholders
- Proactive and not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo.
