**Main Accountabilities**:
1. Process invoices stock in EDI and Scala.
2. Create receive monitoring of all complete document (cominput PO, GRN, Tax Invoice receive and input to scala, ready the PO and invoice and put in the share folder) send to Philippine.
3. Communicate with supplier to ensure all incoming invoices alrtally and comply with internal needs to be processed.
4. Reconcile SOA.
5. Complete investigate invoices in Lotus Note E-Payable.
6. Process coding details from forwarder (local and overseas).
7. Maintain and filing hardcopy invoices documents.
8. Daily report to Finance Hub.
9. Communicate with party that related on the invoicing completion process (Warehouse team, vendor/forwarder/supplier).
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in secretarial or office administration is preferred
**Experience**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Technical Knowledge & Skill**:
- Good command in English
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word)
- Accuracy and precision in performing tasks
- Structured and detail-oriented person
