Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for customer order processing and scheduling and arrangement of transportation vehicles;
- Responsible for the daily management, contact and maintenance of outsourced carriers;
- Responsible for tracking and exception handling of goods in transit;
- Responsible for customer order documents and transportation Handling of documents;
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly arranging and reporting of warehousing and transportation reports;
- Responsible for communication and coordination between on-site customers and carriers, etc.
- Responsible for warehouse entry and exit management, do a monthly inventory count, and sort out and check the current month's inventory data

Job Requirements:

- Min. 25 years old;
- Min. education is S1 or above is preferred;
- Familiar with warehouse management system, vehicle stowage and TMS system operation;
- Proficient in using Office software such as Word and Excel, and proficient in to prepare a report;
- Practical and capable Hard-working, responsible, self-motivated, cheerful, strong in communication and coordination, and able to withstand certain work pressure;
- Min. one-year work experience in third-party logistics distribution operation site is preferred
