**Team Introduction**:
We are the Music team for ByteDance in Indonesia, and we handle all local operations for our music app, Resso. The Resso Indonesia team does music programming and library management, understands the local music streaming platform user, develops and executes programs to attract music enthusiasts to join and subscribe to the platform, and works with artists, labels and distributors to promote music and artists appealing to our target market. In addition, we develop and test new content and features to enhance the overall experience of users in our app.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Lead a small team to qualify, develop and moderate content for categories outside of music.
2) Develop and continually optimize the content strategy appropriate for Resso's user base.
3) Partner with content creators to contribute content to the app.
4) Monitor key content consumption metrics and identify opportunities for further product or operational enhancements to drive increased penetration and usage.

**Qualifications**:
2. Ability and predisposition to thrive in an ultra fast-paced environment, demonstrates resilience when faced with challenges and agility in response to change
3. Ability to learn internal data tools, read operational metrics, conduct basic data analytics, and adapt changes to operations to address opportunities
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, speaking and writing
5. Has a passion for music
