**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:
**Pengembangan Strategi Penjualan**:
- Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan yang efektif untuk mencapai target penjualan perusahaan.
- Menganalisis tren pasar dan kompetitor untuk mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru dan memperkuat posisi perusahaan di pasar.
**Manajemen Tim Penjualan**:
- Merekrut, melatih, dan mengelola tim penjualan, memastikan mereka memiliki keterampilan dan motivasi untuk mencapai target individu dan tim.
- Menyediakan arahan, mentoring, dan coaching kepada anggota tim untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka secara keseluruhan.
**Mencapai Target Penjualan**:
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan yang telah ditetapkan.
- Menyusun rencana kerja penjualan yang efektif dan memonitor pelaksanaan rencana tersebut secara rutin untuk memastikan hasil yang optimal.
**Pengembangan Hubungan Pelanggan**:
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan pelanggan utama dan prospek, memastikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi.
- Berpartisipasi dalam negosiasi kontrak, menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan, dan memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi dengan baik.
**Kualifikasi**:
- **Pendidikan**: Minimal gelar Sarjana di bidang Manajemen Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.
- **Pengalaman**: Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang penjualan, dengan 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales Manager atau posisi manajerial sejenis.
**Keterampilan**:
- Kemampuan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan.
- Keterampilan kepemimpinan yang kuat, dengan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan mengarahkan tim.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang sangat baik.
- Pengalaman dalam analisis data penjualan dan proyeksi.
- Pengetahuan pasar yang baik dan pemahaman tentang perilaku konsumen.
