**Fetch & Funnel** is looking for an Operations Manager to help improve their service, manage the teams and eventually make the company more profitable.

Within this role, you will:

- Take our vision and turn it into reality
- Solve problems before the CEO is even aware of them
- Put into use years of your agency and advertising experience, as well as project management experience
- Profitably run the business based on repeatable systems that you create and innovate and then train the team to follow
- Improve the quality for clients as we scale
- Proactively seek ways to increase profits
- Manage our internal team and clients so the CEO is no longer the bottleneck freeing him up to grow the company.
