**What will you be engaged in?**

As our new KYC Agent, you will get the opportunity to do:

- Conduct end-to-end user onboarding process
- Raise special case that comes up during the onboarding process
- Provide insight for onboarding process improvement
- Ensure a high standard of quality (security) and efficiency (time & cost)

- A diploma degree in all major
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding or a similar role in a Startup Company (technology company would be preferred)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
- Can speak English is preferred
- Willing to work on shifts (night shift), which include weekends and public holidays
