Customize chatbot features and workflows (Input order in system)
- Design & implement conversational script and workflow
- Conduct reviews to ensure clear flow and navigation
- Conduct chatbot flow testing to ensure smoothness and alignment with existing request
- Monitor overall implementation project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks
- Collaborate with relevant channels (Live Chat & WhatsApp) to improve quality of Chatbot
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance as required

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in verbal and written communications in _Bahasa Indonesia_ (English Active will be a great advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Education background related
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn things about/ related to machine learning/ Chabot/ AI
- Having good interpersonal and leadership skill
- Maximum age of 35 years old.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
