Spv IT Programmer

Customize chatbot features and workflows
- Design & implement conversational script and workflow
- Conduct reviews to ensure clear flow and navigation
- Conduct chatbot flow testing to ensure smoothness and alignment with existing request
- Monitor overall implementation project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks
- Collaborate with relevant channels (Live Chat & WhatsApp) to improve quality of Chatbot
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance as required

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in verbal and written communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and independent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn things about/ related to machine learning/ Chabot/ AI
- Having good interpersonal and leadership skill
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in chatbot management, AI development, or customer service technology, with a preference for experience in the banking sector
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- D3 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
