**What you’ll do**
- Conduct thorough quality analysis of chatbot interactions.
- Develop and execute test plans to identify bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified problems.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance the chatbot's performance.
- Monitor and report on the chatbot's performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences.
**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience in quality assurance for chatbot systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with chatbot technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
