**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the country-level A&IS Project Portfolio Plan to drive overall Kyndryl business delivery performance.
- You will be accountable for the P&L of their respective A&IS business
- Set relevant targets for A&IS project managers and practitioners in-country to achieve country delivery objectives and drive market share/portfolio expansion
- Foster C-suite client relationships to provide delivery progression insights capability development and evolution
- Nurture the A&IS community securing best-in-class employee engagement and ability to attract world-class talent
**_ Key Responsibilities: _**
- The A&IS Country Project Portfolio Leader has the overall accountability for the strategy and financials of their respective A&IS business deliveries. Additional responsibilities include: _
- Set the direction for the Project Managers, Technical Practitioners and supporting partner such as Global delivery SMEs to meet the A&IS revenue objectives, gross profit, drive market share/portfolio expansion and achieving the best-in-class client satisfaction over the project deliverables.
- Establish project portfolio performance objectives for the Project Portfolio Country/Strategic Markets Leader, including prioritization of projects when resource constraints exist.
Partners with the Global A&IS Service Line and Domain Leaders set the direction for the A&IS Domain upline leaders in country or SM and provide continual improvement feedback on delivery capabilities, development and execution.
- Client Priorities_
- _ Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics in order to establish a differentiated and compelling value proposition for A&IS services_
- _ Foster client C-suite relationships to secure client references and infuse the “voice of the client” into portfolio development_
- _ Alignment of A&IS capabilities in-country with client demand_
- _ Attain high client satisfaction (NPS) while maintaining profitable delivery_
- _ Seeks solutions to minimize client impact when prioritization of resources is required or to recover troubled project performance_
- Business Priorities_
- _ Work with the Kyndryl Country President to establish the A&IS strategy for market growth_
- _ Ownership of the P&L for the country A&IS business_
- _ Sets the direction to meet the A&IS revenue and GP objectives and drive market share/portfolio expansion_
- _ Establishes project portfolio performance objectives_
- _ Optimizes the country economic model balancing cost rates, bill rates, utilization, etc. to enable healthy margins and support investments_
- People Priorities_
- _ Maintains a balanced country-wide career progression program, working across Kyndryl in-country, focused on rewarding and leveraging market-relevant expertise_
- _ Deliver high employee engagement across the A&IS community within the country_
- _ Support the onboarding of expertise within the country, aligned with the global service lines sourcing strategy_
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 8 years or more exposure in large IT consulting and implementation engagements.
- Exposure in business P&L for at least 5 years
- Larger revenue responsibility combined with gross profit responsibility through delivering resilience consulting services.
- Thought capital level expertise in resiliency related issues, impacts, trends, and emerging practices.
- Proven track record in developing strong client relationships with a focus on the executive levels.
- Strong communication skills including extensive experience communicating with executive levels.
- Demonstrated business acumen including negotiation skills and contract/profit management.
- Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated executive engagement and proven ability to present strategic information to, and drive change across a broad range of business departments.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of Service Management, Operational Readiness, Operating Model Assessment, Design, Governance, IT Services Management, Process and Tools
- Familiar with systems integration/system and process management
- Knowledge of industry-leading and accepted solutions, as well as Kyndryl software and hardware solutions
