Job Summary
Accountable for the management and delivery of the customer user experience programs and campaigns across the organization both customers as well stakeholders (employee, management, vendor, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for analyzing and make continuous improvement in all stages of our customer journey to optimize customer experience
Responsible in managing internal and external resources to develop and execute customer experience programs
Manage insights gathered from the customer programs and use that for strategic business decisions
Monitor financial impact from the customer programs
Share all insights with a multi-functional team consisting of heads of department for Asset Management, Property, IT, Customer Service, Operations and Communications.
Using research, insight and business information to generate initiatives and proposals that will elevate our customers’ experience.
Monitor product features/value added services utilization and effectiveness
Manage and monitor the existing product value added services including vendor agreement & invoicing
Develop marketing plan for customer engagement to improve Persistency and customers satisfaction
