Digital Growth Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Demand Generation Strategy**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
- Align campaigns with the customer journey to ensure a seamless lead nurturing process.
**Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
- Manage paid advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
**Lead Management**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria (MQLs, SQLs) and ensure efficient lead handoff.
- Implement lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or Pardot).
- Continuously optimize lead scoring models and workflows to improve pipeline efficiency.
**Data and Analytics**:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI) to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance across channels.
- Provide regular reporting on the impact of demand generation efforts on the sales pipeline and revenue.
**Collaboration and Alignment**:
- Work closely with content marketing, product marketing, and design teams to create assets for campaigns.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate with the customer success team to leverage customer insights and testimonials in campaigns.
**Budget and Resource Management**:
- Manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI while staying within financial constraints.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and tools. 7. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Test and implement new tools, channels, and strategies to stay ahead in the B2B SaaS market.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads and contributing to revenue growth. Skills:
- Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- You have attention to detail and a no-project-too-small mentality
- You have a track record of leading Demand Generation Campaigns in B2B SaaS Businesses
- You know your way around paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and marketing automation tools
- You use analytics to make decisions and aren’t afraid to guide experimentation across various creatives and channels. You make hypotheses on these experiments and measure the results in real time.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
You will be measured on:
- Inbound Opportunity creation
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and marketing ROI.
- Website traffic and engagement metrics (organic, paid, and direct)
- Creating a great brand and user experience
- Performance of digital marketing campaigns (CTR, CPL, etc.).
