- Managing and leading the Sales Team to set and achieve sales targets
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, tracking & producing sales activity reports

- Managing programs and initiatives to increase client acquisition and existing client engagement
- Providing product and feature training as well as feedback loops to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of full-time working experience in sales (experience in a freight forwarding business)
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team.
