Our client is a luxury hotel and resort coming soon to the North Canggu. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Expat International Sales Executive to join their growing team in Bali.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in luxury real estate sales, with a demonstrable successful track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Keen understanding of the luxury real estate market, with the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies.
- Thrive in a multicultural environment and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with international clients.
- Opportunity to work with a global award-winning property developer.
- Proficiency in managing CRM systems, specific experience in Bitrix is a huge bonus.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, with the ability to create strategic sales plans accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition:

- Identify and engage potential clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Sales Performance:

- Achieve sales targets by closing deals with international clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Adapt sales strategies based on cultural nuances and regional differences.

Customer Support:

- Provide exceptional post-sales support to international clients.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Track sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
