**Position Overview**

The Operational Manager oversees the daily operations of a high-end luxury gym, ensuring the delivery of premium services, operational efficiency, and a seamless member experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining facility standards, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance with company policies and luxury brand expectations.

**Primary Duties**

1. Operational Excellence
- Ensure the gym operates efficiently and adheres to luxury service standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent service delivery.

2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including personal trainers, front desk, and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure high team morale and productivity.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer service.

3. Customer Experience
- Ensure members receive a personalized, five-star experience at every touchpoint.
- Handle escalated member concerns and feedback professionally to drive retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute member engagement programs and events.

4. Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation activities.
- Analyze key performance metrics, including membership sales, retention rates, and profit margins.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial targets.

5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Regularly inspect facilities to maintain safety and luxury standards.
- Prepare for and manage risk assessments and audits

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably in a luxury fitness, hospitality, or wellness setting.
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and profit analysis.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in fitness club management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
