**About the Company** Our client is Indonesia’s fastest growing Fintech Unicorn company, leading payments and financial services platform in Indonesia by providing a range of financial products and services, including its mobile wallet, to both individuals and SMEs
- Plan, organize and implement the company's technical projects based on business needs and according to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations and best practice
- Assisting senior management in completing ad-hoc projects, and the IT audit process
- Represent the entity during Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Audits and regular IT steering committee meetings
- Lead the management of our vendors, including preparing and reviewing vendor agreements, payment requests and monitor issues with vendor services
- Prepare, review and maintain our IT-related SOPs
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and implement changes where necessary
- Perform regular checking and reporting for company’s IT assets (software and hardware)
- Analyze and share recommendations of technical specifications based on business inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years experience in IT, preferably in Financial Services IT or business/industry with diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or relevant fields
- Experience in IT project management and familiar with one or more project management methodologies from Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum and across a range of projects and programs.
- Experience leading the IT function with the ability to develop and communicate the portfolio objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.
- Demonstrate good communication skill and ability to do various styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences.
