- Memiliki pengalaman kerja mínimal 3 tahun di SALES ASURANSI UMUM dan 2 tahun di posisi managerial.
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill.
- Memiliki kompetensi kepemimpinan yang kuat (Coaching, mentoring, managerial, dll).
- Memiliki kemampuan komputerisasi (Ms Word, Ms Excel, dan Power Point pada level advance).

Job Description:
Melakukan supervisi, monitoring, dan pengembangan kepada Tim Penjualan termasuk segala aktivitas, terkait sales dan hasil
Memonitor segala aktivitas penjualan melalui tools yang disediakan, diantaranya SFA (Sales Force Automation)
Memastikan kerjasama antar team sales dengan team lain berjalan dengan baik di perusahaan
Mengusulkan strategi bisnis dalam mencapai tujuan Point of Sales (PoS)
