Job Description: As a Social Media Intern at Bali Brand Lab, you will have the opportunity to:
**1. Content Creation and Curation**:

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.

**2. Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Help build and maintain positive online relationships with our followers and customers.

**3. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Assist in gathering and analyzing social media data to track the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improvements based on data analysis.

**4. Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Research industry and competitor trends to inform our social media strategy.

**5. Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support for the social media team, which may include scheduling posts, organizing files, and managing content calendars.

Qualifications:
**To excel in this internship, you should have**:

- Enthusiasm for and a basic understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, an eye for design, and an ability to think outside the box.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- An understanding of social media analytics and reporting (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
