Head of Marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with agency experience.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling content.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms.
- Experience coordinating teams and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in video marketing, including content creation, editing, and optimisation.
- International experience and familiarity with working with diverse clients, demonstrating adaptability to different topics and audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate and lead the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Utilise social media marketing knowledge to optimise engagement, grow followership, and enhance brand visibility.
- Direct the creation of compelling video marketing content to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with other departments and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
