The _**Pyramids of Chi**_ in Ubud, Bali are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding team of professionals. The Marketing Coordinator promotes Pyramids of Chi business services and products and is one of the brand custodians. As directed by the Marketing Manager, they implement marketing and pricing strategies including campaigns across all mediums, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing related tasks as requested.

The following criteria are highly desirable for successful applicants:

- Must be an Indonesian citizen, living in Bali, Ubud preferred
- Marketing degree or 5 + years relevant experience
- Multi-channel social media planning and implementation
- Website moderation & development
- Digital advertising expertise including Meta & Google
- High-level event planning and implementation skills
- Content creation skills an advantage
- Able to maintain and work to a budget
- Able to track and recognize consumer behavior
- Excellent written and verbal English (must be able to copyright)
- Able to report with confidence to senior management
- A great eye for detail and presentation a MUST
- Able to maintain positive, high energy during working hours
- An open heart and mind to wellness and spirituality

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content for classes, livestream, portals, socials, special event support, Ubud onsite content capturing and other special projects
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external agencies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and external teams
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy
- Assist in generating new business leads
- Assist in managing the marketing department's budget
- Assisting with branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Assisting with reporting and analytics
- Assist with website moderation
- Collaborates with internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences for guests

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development. Ability to represent the community’s interest within the organization. Genuine passion for the projects with a strong desire to connect and educate the community.

This position comes with important responsibilities and as such, the successful applicant will be paid accordingly with a monthly salary depending on experience.
