Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall financial management by closely communicate with World Vision Korea from start-up to close-out. She/ he must be understand LISCC regulation, and able to implemented it on daily transaction and reflected to periodic financial report and analysis.
Strategy Development & Planning
- Responsible to process daily finance transaction, including proper preparing and review document and transaction in accordance with FFM WV and donor regulation.
- Coordinate with procurement staff for sourcing process using current system to analyze pending request, pending payment and other analyze to help procure process running well.
- Assist the implementation of the program in the field, by support to the team the rules of activity accountability and the distribution of goods in accordance with regulations.
- Generate financial reports for compliance with grant and donor requirements analyze spending trends and provide feedback and analysis together with team leaders and field colleagues on areas with significant over
- or under spending.
- Controlling budget in SUN, PBAS and Horizon.
- Prepare donor administration requirement, make sure of Asset register, asset management and documentation of ministry supplies according to Grant requirement, LDRs and close-out documentation at end of funding cycles in compliance with grant regulations.
- Assist Grant Finance National Office in dealing with donor and World Vision International audits in partnership with national/program offices, providing required information to auditors and participating in the defense of disallowed costs.
- Provide consultation regarding the implementation of project level.
- Prepare financial plans, financial reports, amendments, and extensions for the life of an award up to and including close-out.
- Scanning report based on requirement.
- Flexible with the addition of projects according to organizational opportunities.
Capacity Building
- Facilitate other non
- finance staff in understanding and interpretation of financial statements / report
- Accountability & Quality Assurance
- Good knowledge of Specific Grant/donor guideline and procedure and able to transfer the knowledge into actual implementation in the field.
- Finance management support imposed by the WVK partnership framework as LISCCCo-work with the World Vision staff and providing finance management regulation
- Understand to using digital system using by WV such as SUN System, GEMS, Provision, Odoo.
- Networking & Coordination
- Work closely with SIS unit in RDC Dept, Grant Finance Dept, WVK
- Possible to support and coordinate beyond domicile area.
- Able to work together with multi team work
Management and Leadership
- Strong coordination among Zonal Finance, WVK and NO Finance to make sure a good process of booking that leads to accurate financial report.
- Able to work within tight deadline with adequate supervision.
The Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management with at least 4 year experiences in humanitarian aid in-country or international position with certification in Public Accountant, Financial Analyst or Chartered Accountant.
Professional Experience: At least 5 year experiences working in accounting, financial management & admin works; international experience is a plus, and have experience maintain GRANT projects.
