- Mahir menggunakan Analytical Tools seperti Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Data Studio, dll
- Kemauan untuk belajar yang tinggi
- Memahami kebutuhan bisnis lintas industri secara umum
- Memahami dan mengikuti perkembangan berbagai industri agar dapat kompetitif
- Terbiasa dengan multi-tasking dan project management

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

- Bekerja dengan tim untuk melakukan brainstorming solusi untuk kebutuhan bisnis klien dan menyiapkan perkiraan dan jadwal untuk proyek Digital, serta mempresentasikannya kepada klien
- Mendukung klien dalam merancang dan melaksanakan rencana strategi pemasaran, kreatif, dan media
- Selalu menjadi penjaga tenggat waktu dan kualitas pengerjaan project dan membantu klien untuk mengawasi proyek mencapai target/ekspektasi yang klien inginkan
- Berkolaborasi dengan internal tim penjualan, kreatif, konten, pemasaran, dan departemen lain yang didedikasikan uuntuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan
- Menganalisis data hasil proyek yang berlangsung Bersama tim operasional agar memperkaya pembuatan keputusan berdasarkan fakta
- Mempelopori kegiatan penawaran produk Marketz pada klien yang sudah berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan strategin dan data kebutuhan
- Ikut serta dalam menentukan visi produk, roadmap, riset competitor insdustri dan peluang pertumbuhan fitur/produk kreatif dan pemasaran di Marketz
- Membuat keputusan bisnis tingkat menengah yang bermanfaat baik bagi pihak internal maupun eksternal untuk diajukan ke Management Marketz
- Menjadi pelopor dalam diskusi dinamis secara proaktif baik dengan tim internal maupun eksternal, vertical dan horizontal unntuk kelancaran dan perkembangan proyek.
