Customer Service Support

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Provide exceptional customer service;
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction and building a strong customer relationship.
- Learning of Platforms such as Airtable, Sling, and Wati.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and appropriate sharing of information.
- Accurately record customers inquiries, details, complaints, and resolutions in customer relationship management system.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
- Fluency in Bahasa. And Pre-Intermediate English.
- Have technical equipment (high speed internet, laptop/PC with a camera and microphone).
- Ability on the WEEKENDS is a must.
- Experience in Customer Service or related fields is a plus
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, emphatic, and patient when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Proficient with customer service software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 per month
