**Position Overview**

This key position requires expertise in content sales to digital platforms and managing international operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop creative, shareable, and engaging multimedia content tailored to each platform, aligning with Novocomedy’s comedic and entertaining style.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and identify trends.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to promote specific shows, new catalog releases, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform updates to keep Novocomedy’s content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and posts to foster a community around the NoVo comedy brand.
- Develop relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify the reach of our humor-based content.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients in digital markets (OTT, VOD, Social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook).
- Actively participate in commercial negotiations, particularly in emerging markets.
- Develop market penetration strategies to maximize revenue from content catalogs.

**Qualifications**
- Solid experience in international sales and negotiations.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and how to leverage their tools for maximum reach and engagement.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
- Passion for humor and storytelling, with the ability to capture Novocomedy’s brand essence in every piece of content.
- Analytical mindset to measure and report on content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and an enthusiasm for experimenting with new content ideas.
