**Job description**:
- Manage the employee recruitment and selection process
- Manage personnel administration, including employee absences and leave
- Handle general company affairs, such as facility maintenance and security
- Coordinate employee training and development
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Manage industrial relations and employee welfare
**Qualification**:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/HR Management/Law or related field
- Have knowledge of employment law in Indonesia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and HRIS systems
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Thorough, proactive and detail oriented
