**How did it all start?**
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage the Retail Channeling and Online to Offline Lending product, ensuring its growth and profitability.
- Lead and design efficient process flows for online transaction financing until the flow of funds, goods and services.
- Understand and integrate the business processes of partner ecosystems into the product structure.
- Create and implement risk and fraud mitigation strategies, in line with best practices.
- Ensure product compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, risk, compliance) and external partners to enhance the customer experience and improve loan performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail lending, preferably in an embedded finance or partner ecosystem setting.
- Proven track record in managing lending products, with a focus on online-to-offline transitions.
- Strong understanding of risk management, fraud mitigation, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead complex projects from start to finish.
We exist to cover the full area of lending to retail customers based on a portfolio approach. We are very data-driven and strategic to make decisions on Retail propositions through analyzing, interpreting, elaborating data, visualizing, and presenting results.
It’s our job to underwrite, create portfolio management reports, design collection strategies to risk costs, and RWA optimization. We work closely with relevant stakeholders actively to build the network globally.
