**Position Overview**:
As a Beauty Skincare Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in managing our product inventory and optimizing product displays both in our physical stores and online platforms. With a focus on skincare, you will ensure that our products are effectively showcased to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the skincare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast demand.
- **Offline Product Displays**:

- Design and implement visually appealing product displays in physical retail locations.
- Ensure that product placement and signage effectively communicate brand messaging and promotions.
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize space utilization and drive sales through strategic merchandising.
- **Online Product Displays**:

- Curate product assortments and create visually engaging displays on our e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
- Monitor online sales performance and make adjustments to product displays based on analytics and customer feedback.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences related to skincare products.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and differentiation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets and promotional materials for both offline and online channels.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on merchandising priorities and initiatives.
- **B2B**:

- Handle B2B partner relationships, including maintaining regular communication and addressing partner needs.
- Fulfill orders from B2B partners in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop comprehensive B2B business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Monitor and supervise the achievement of B2B sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive performance.
- Build and expand the company's network of B2B partners through targeted outreach and pitching sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of B2B initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for B2B partnerships and revenue growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform B2B strategy development and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for visual merchandising, accuracy, and quality..
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online merchandising best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
