- Handling end-to-end GLP development including but not limited to: ensuring matrics program is well executed, monitoring and consulting career progression of each of GLP participants, all rounder for any issue from alumni/ongoing participants.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate Development Program for all key players in the company in order to increase key players and leaders capabilities.
- Develop, manage, and execute innovative Talent Management Program based on business needs.
- Check employee career projection in the development plan to ensure they are developed and on the right track.
- Analyze performance appraisal results and mapping the talent.
- Follow up performance improvement plan and coaching for underperformed employees.
- Identify issues of employment flight risk and sentiment.
- Liaise with other HR functions to keep up-to-date on changes and current employment legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with the manager/leader to ensure the implementation of the HR Project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering/Human Resources or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management
- Able to communicate both verbally and written in English to communicate with our internal and regional stakeholders
- Hands on experience in Industrial Relation, Organizational Structure Analysis, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits
- Strong in analytical thinking, achievement drive and team mindset
- Excellent work attitude and commitment, proactive and initiative, accountability, prioritize with strong ownership towards projects
