**How did it all start?**

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the

bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the

country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,

Tunaiku.

Collection & Recovery Support Specialist to support all operations tasks within the team related to Collection and Recovery activities, including but not limited to: MIS, contract management, infrastructure, and internal support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage documentation and administrative procedure related to contract, internal memo, incentive for collection and recovery team.
- Manage the approval and documentation for payment discount and full payment confirmation.
- Assist and coordinate with related parties (external and internal) to implement improved processes
- Collecting data and analyzing operational performance in accordance with predetermined deadlines
- Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- Fresh Graduate or 2 years experience in financial industry (retail lending) is a plus.
- Strong in number, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proactive, excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English both active and passive is a must.
- Able to work in a team with dynamic and constantly changing team structures and responsibilities.

We exist to cover the full area of lending to retail customers based on a portfolio approach. We are very data-driven and strategic to make decisions on Retail propositions through analyzing, interpreting, elaborating data, visualizing, and presenting results.

It’s our job to underwrite, create portfolio management reports, design collection strategies to risk costs, and RWA optimization. We work closely with relevant stakeholders actively to build the network globally.
