Coffee Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the coffee industry.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Present and promote coffee products to potential customers, explaining features, benefits, and quality.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage and inform customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify market needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with coffee industry news, products, and innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or coffee industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and the coffee supply chain.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about coffee.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in coffee sales or working in the coffee industry (barista, roaster, etc.).
- Knowledge of coffee roasting, grinding, and brewing equipment.
- Passion for specialty coffee and an understanding of consumer preferences.
