Job Title **:Talent Advocate (Tech Recruiter)**

Position Open:

- Team Lead*
- Junior Level*

Placement : Full-time employee under EKRUT.

**Brief of the job responsibilities**:

- 3 functions : TA Live MP, TA Matching, TA Funnel
- Work closely & partner up with the Sales Division to understand the current active roles for Client’s hiring needs.
- Keeping the recruitment pipeline on track simultaneously

Additional Info:
1. TA Live MP - in charge of calling up talents and ensuring the profiles are ready

2. TA Matching - in charge of help matching up talents to potential roles that fit

3. TA Funnel - in charge to make sure the whole interview until hiring process is maintained

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of **3 years** experiences as Tech recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment consultant for **Team Lead position**
- **1 to 2 years** of experience working as a **recruiter or Talent Acquisition** (Junior level)
- Minimum a bachelor degree (S1) in the related field.
- Must have a passion for technology and people
- Must be detail, solution, number and process oriented
- Fluent in English
- A team player, capable of working independently in a virtual environment, adapt easily to a fast-paced culture.

This positions are related with the sales team & Revenue of the company, thus we are looking for talents whom are **number-oriented, comfortable with daily target, and must have "goal" to achieve attitude.**
